Description: Wilton has had a cool, dreary and damp day. The rain has not been as heavy as it was yesterday, but it has been constant. Wilson Stream is high and fast this afternoon and the lakes and ponds are even more full than they were yesterday. The Sandy River is also quite full in Farmington though it does not appear to be over its banks.
