This morning as I took the dog out for his morning walk at 05:15 it started to rain lightly on the very wet grass. There was a very heavy dew, and the prospects of some rain appear to be quite good. Just to note, yesterday evening while I was out doing chores I noted that there were some high thin cirrus clouds about having the appearance of "Mares Tails and Mackerel Scales", that frequently portend rain within 24 hours.
