Overcast and Threatening

Until very late this afternoon there was no shower activity. I guess even the prognosticators can have a miss just like the old saws do. There was only the barest of sprinkles this afternoon around 17:15 hours. It has continued overcast all day though.
I washed the windows on my vehicle today though, so you can expect torrential downpours tonight and tomorrow. If I had washed the vehicle you could expect a flood of Noah proportions. Really though the prognosticators are predicting the remnants of Ophelia to visit us tomorrow.
I would like to go over the garden again with the tiller to remove the green fuzz of weeds that has sprung up, but with the rain it would be a little too sloppy. I should be able to do it next week though. Once again stymied by the weather.
