Overcast with Rain and Fog

When I first got up this morning it was foggy and it was raining. At 08:00 hours it is still raining, but the fog has for the most part dissipated.
This is the third day in a row that the weather has been less than ideal for outdoor activities. Once this stretch is over maybe we can return to a more normal pattern of temperature and humidity for this time of year.
My memory of this time of year is that it tends to be cooler and less humid, but memory is faulty, and I do not have the records to show just what the "normal" or averages are. Maybe over the next few years I will be able to do that.
Low Temperature: 58.5
Barometric Pressure: 29.70 in. Hg
Relative Humidity: 68%
Heat Index: N/A
Dew Point: 47.3
Precipitation: Rain/Fog
Amount: 0.90 inches
