Comfortable

This has been pretty good day. The temperature did not make it to 60, but so far this afternoon it has only fallen about 2 and a half degrees. Around mid-afternoon I went for a walk. When I started there were some mare's tails and mackerel scales and it was mostly sunny. An hour and a half later the clouds had rolled in from the west and it was mostly cloudy. This certainly gives credence to the adage "if you don't like the weather in Maine, wait a few minutes and it will change". It has also gotten much more humid on the west wind than it was when I started my walk. I looked into my "crystal ball" and it said we would not have any rain, but it is a notorious liar, and I rarely believe anything it says.
