As I took Bart out for his morning constitutional it was just starting to rain. There had not been any accumulation of precipitation, but I am sure there will be. With all the overcast we have had for the last 24 hours I am surprised that the barometer has been over 30 in. Hg. I would have expected it to be much lower. Further, I would have expected there to be some wind this morning, but again there is not. I guess that as this storm winds up we will see more wind and a lower barometer.
