Would you believe Rain?

Oh my, we have had about 4 inches of rain in the last 24 hours. It still has not let up. Just going out to check my rain gauge I got pretty well soaked, and I was only out for a few minutes. You will also note that the barometer has fallen into the basement. The barometric pressure is lower now than it was for either of the remnants of Katrina or Rita. We have definitely had a change in the air mass that is over us. If you are feeling tired or depressed it just might be the result of the low barometric pressure. I have heard that it can be a factor in how we feel.
High Temperature: 55.6
Barometric Pressure: 28.88 in. Hg
Relative Humidity: 70%
Wind Direction: Calm
Wind Speed (mph): 0
Wind Chill: N/A
Dew Point: 42.7
Precipitation: Rain & Fog
Amount: 2.50 inches
