Breezy with Sunny Breaks

The breeze has in the main been variable, but fairly strong. There have been periods of sun mixed in with mostly cloudy skies. The barometer has reached 29 in. of Hg after 3 days, so I would guess the low pressure system is beginning to move, and that is probably one reason for the strong winds today. The grass is not wet today, but the ground certainly is. It is a good thing that the rain has stopped to give the ground a chance to dry out a little bit.
I still have peppers that I will need to harvest in the next few days, or before we have a frost, and I know it is coming as sure as there are little green apples.
