Moderate Breeze and Some Dew

The dew on the grass is not as heavy as I have seen it, but despite the wind there is quite a bit. Speaking of the wind it is quite noticeable so hold onto your hat this morning. It is quite refreshing though.
Since we are almost 6 weeks beyond our average first frost date I have been listening to the weather prognosticators. Their prediction is for a frost on Thursday night and a widespread freeze on Saturday night. That being the case I am going to harvest the peppers I have today and Thursday and possibly cover and spray them with a mist on Saturday in order to try to extend the season for perhaps one more week. Remember Indian Summer is the first warm spell after the first killing frost. My bet is on Saturday night for that event.
