Dismal with rain

Currently the drizzle that we had yesterday evening has become a full fledged rain event. Once again, if you have anything that you can do inside I would opt for that. I know there are things that need to be picked up in the yard, the lawn needs its last mowing, and the leaves need to be picked up, but in order to do those things the air needs to be a little drier than it is right now. I understand from our friends the prognosticators that this is a record breaking October for rain. All I know is that the swamp at the foot of my hill is nearly full, so the wells are too. In one way this is a good way to go into winter with our wells fully charged.
The two photos below are from an area that was dry 3 weeks ago.
Low Temperature: 39.2
Barometric Pressure: 29.60 in. Hg
Relative Humidity: 85%
Wind Direction: East
Wind Speed (mph): 15
Wind Chill: 31
Dew Point: 34.7
Precipitation: Rain
Amount: 0.10 inches
