Overcast, Raw and Blustery
The wind is out of the north this morning and at 32 degrees it is feeling quite cool. The edges of the road are still coated with a mix of snow and slush. My front yard is coated with a little more than an inch of snow. It has stopped for the moment, so the animals will be permitted to get outside to exercise and find what they can in the field. It will not be long before they will be getting hay outside rather than trying to forage. At the moment I see no breaks in the overcast sky, therefore I expect today to be only a little less dismal than yesterday, only because it is not raining and snowing. By the way the peppers are history, there was no saving them from the snow
