Some Breaks of Sum

The sun did come out for a few minutes this afternoon. That resulted in much of the snow on my front lawn melting. There is still a pretty good sized puddle on the west side of my house which is an indicator of how wet the ground is. It seems to be getting colder more quickly this evening because there is no blanket of clouds to hold in whatever heat might be around. If things don't dry out a good bit the last mowing of the lawn and some of the other tasks that need to be done before we lose the ground completely will wait until spring, and some of them really can't. Once again the weather interferes with what "man" needs to do. Mother Nature will have her way no matter what "man" needs.
