Clouds Still Present

The temperature here did not drop below freezing last night (at least so far), probably due to the presence of the overcast. As we head into the Halloween weekend it certainly looks fairly ominous. The barometric pressure is quite high (almost 30 in. Hg) which usually indicates fair weather and even my weather stick is straight which at least indicates that we are not headed into any inclement weather. I am not sure I believe that last since almost every morning it is pointed down, indicative of inclement weather on the way. I have a suspicion that dew and relative humidity have a significant effect on the weather stick, and I guess that can be a weather indicator, sort of. I have had some reports from people around the area that they either had no snow on Tuesday or they had 1-2 inches of snow. We fell into the latter category. In fact we still have some snow in little patches on the lawn and pasture.
Low Temperature: 34.2
Barometric Pressure: 29.95 in. Hg
Relative Humidity: 75%
Wind Direction: Calm
Wind Speed (mph): 0
Wind Chill: 34.2
Dew Point: 26.4
Precipitation: None
Amount: 0.00 inches
