Surprisingly Warm

There has only been an 8 degree drop in temperature this afternoon. No doubt this is unusual for this time of year. I can remember the children going out for Halloween with cold weather clothing under their costumes. If the prognosticators are to be believed there will be warm temperatures tomorrow for the festivities and it is supposed to be dry as well.
The ground and lawn have dried out enough that I think that I will be able to prepare the ground for spring in the garden, and get the lawn mown for the last time this year, as well as swept. That will get the leaves off so they do not kill the lawn next spring. I can use the grass and leaf mulch as part of my mulch in the garden for weed control. I use only natural fertilizer and natural weed control. That makes things a bit more difficult, but more healthy.
