Heavy Fog with Drizzle

It has remained dismal all day. Near sunset the fog rolled in again, and right now the visibility is very low. The barometric pressure has fallen over the day, so there has been a change in the air mass. Again today the temperature has not changed very much, only about 5 degrees. My garden was so wet that even though I was able to get my mulch hay I could not get to the areas I needed to to put it down. Hopefully tomorrow will be a better day to take care of that.
