Coldest Temperature Tonight
It turned out to be a very nice day. The temperature fell from its high this morning to its low this evening of 29 degrees so far. It has rebounded about a degree and a half since it hit the low. I expect the temperature to continue to fall over night. The atmosphere has also dried out considerably, so the ground may be dry enough in the morning to allow me to spread the hay on those areas of the garden that need it. It was so muddy in the fields today that I did not let the animals out because they did not need to get that muddy. They, I think, appreciated staying dry and getting hay.
