Weather Rollercoaster

I am still not at all sure what is going on. The barometer has continued to fall, the overcast of this morning has pretty well gone away and the temperature is above freezing. The next thing I expect to happen is that the sky will be illuminated by lightning with rumbles of thunder. Either that or the temperature will plummet and we will be in the middle of a blizzard. This is just ridiculous.
I just took a look at Wunderground to see their prognostication. So far they have hit it right on the head. It has been clear to partly cloudy all day. They are now saying that we will have rain tonight, and possibly some sleet with little or no accumulation. The rain may be heavy at times overnight, so I guess my rain gauge will go back out for the overnight. Tomorrow be prepared for rain I guess. Can you tell I am confused.
