Still Raining

What a great day to go to the dentist. There was nothing better to do, so that is what I did. It has rained all day, sometimes harder and sometimes gentler. The puddles in the side yard have reappeared, the snow is gone, and the bog at the foot of the hill is getting fuller again. I had to drive along the Androscoggin River and it is up, covering some of the islands along route 2 in Dixfield. It also appears to be fairly close to the road. I am glad I got my peas mulched the other day because with all this rain it would be another week before I could get it done. I guess we need to be thankful for small favors
