Cloudy Bright

The clouds are thin enough to allow sunlight through, but not enough to totally brighten the landscape. Unless there is a drastic change in the weather pattern the snow is here for the duration. With Christmas but a week away we should have a Bing Crosby style White Christmas. Wednesday is the Winter Solstice which is the shortest day/longest night of the year, That means that the days begin to get longer. Happy thought.
