Still Overcast

There was a snow storm overnight that left us with about 2 inches of wet snow. The temperature has already climbed above freezing, so at least some of the snow will melt during the day today. With our base here in the foothills though we will still have a White Christmas. The sky is still overcast and there is some fog to the west. The snow was very wet as was evidenced by the amount that stuck to the branches on the trees.
