Partly Cloudy and Cold Start

At 6.5 degrees it is cold, and there are a lot of mare's tails and mackerel scales around. From that low we have already warmed up to 12.4 degrees. We can be thankful that there is no wind right now or it would be beastly out there. The sun is out, but the light is slightly filtered through the high thin clouds. At least for now we are ending this year on a dry note. According to the records we have (at least in Portland) broken the record for the wettest year since they began to keep records. I would imagine that we have broken a record here also, but I just don't have the data to back that up.
Low Temperature: 6.5
Relative Humidity: 81%
Barometric Pressure: 29.72 in. Hg
Dew Point: 7.7
Wind Direction: Calm
Wind Speed (mph): 0
Wind Chill: 12.4
Precipitation: Dry
Amount: 0.00 inches
