Rain Changed to Snow

The rain has changed to snow during the overnight hours. At 09:00 hours we had about 2.5 inches of snow after a total of 0.95 inches of rain yesterday. The temperature has dropped below freezing, so I would guess that our January thaw is now over. In fact, as I have been working up here I have watched the temperature fall another half a degree. The indicators on my electronic units say that the barometer is rising, and the weather is improving. I am not as sure of that as I observe the weather outside my window.
Low Temperature: 19.5
Relative Humidity: 79 %
Barometric Pressure (in.Hg): 29.10
Wind Direction: West Northwest
Wind Speed (mph): 2.4
Wind Chill: 19.5
Dew Point: 14.2
Precipitation: Rain & Snow
Amount (inches): 0.08 Rain/2.5 Snow
Current Temperature: 20.1
