Bitter Cold, but No Wind

The storms of the weekend have left us. Some very cold Arctic air has moved into the area in its place. The barometric pressure has risen slowly over the last 24 hours, and both of my electronic units are indicating fair weather. The dewpoint is the interesting data point this morning at a negative 9.8. That is a cold temperature for frost to form no matter what anyone says.
Low Temperature: 2.3
Relative Humidity: 57%
Barometric Pressure (in.Hg): 29.31
Wind Direction: West Northwest
Wind Speed (mph): 2.4
Wind Chill: 2.4
Dew Point: -9.4
Precipitation: Dry
Amount (inches): 0.00
Current Temperature: 2.4
