Still Bitter Cold

At one point I thought that my wind direction vane was stuck or blocked. I checked it out at mid-afternoon, and found that it was not. A little while later I saw a shift to the north, so it is not frozen or stuck, it is just reporting what it sees. It has been very cold today and every time the wind blew it felt even colder.
We had a red sky at sunset today, and that may bode well for the weather tomorrow. Both of my electronic weather indicators are showing the symbols for fair weather, and although it seems like it will be cold it should be fair.
