Mare's Tails and Mackerel Scales
We have gone from clear skies this morning to partly cloudy skies this afternoon. There is a significant amount of cloudiness in the west. The wind has come around to the east southeast and is currently blowing at 3.1 miles per hour. It is absolutely amazing that the temperature reached 42.6 degrees this afternoon. It seems as though we're about to reenter our January thaw. This may only be a brief reentry though. When the sun rose this morning the sky was a beautiful pink, and this afternoon the sun is going down in a cloud with no color. My two electronic devices have fair weather indicators showing. The weather stick is pointed down, and today I believe it not the electronics. Isn't it nice to be able to pick and choose the indicators we wish to believe and ignore the ones we don't?
