Ice Followed by Rain

This morning we have ice with rain on top of it. As I look out my north window the water is just pouring off the carriage house roof. This certainly is not going to be a pretty day. At least the temperature has gone up above freezing. If this were all snow we would be working on a very significant storm. Of course this much rain will present its own problems. During the past week we have had significant amounts of rain so streams lakes and Rivers are already full. I do not think that this will be a day to play outside.
