Late Night Snow Shower

There was a snow shower a little after 10:00 last night. It snowed just enough to cover the road, and that is exactly how I found it this morning. The sky this morning was mostly cloudy. The cloud type was altocumulus, which are white with some gray parts and shadows. They appear in flattened layers, rolls, or waves, with edges sometimes touching. Their upper parts are composed of ice, the lower parts of water. They are lower and darker than cirrocumulus clouds.
The icons on both my electronic weather stations are indicating fair weather. The barometer has rebounded nicely, which also indicates fair weather. By the way, my weather station is now part of the Weather Underground Network. I am quite pleased that has happened. In addition, just to note, the prognosticators are not saying much about the possible storm on Sunday into Monday, and after yesterday, I can't say that I blame them
