Bright and Very Cold

Wow, if we thought we were in the deep freeze yesterday, this morning gives new meaning to DEEP FREEZE. The temperature has gone up almost 10° since 6:00. This morning the sky was clear, but at sunrise, there was a beautiful shade of red. My electronic instruments are indicating a tendency toward fair weather. The weather stick is straight or slightly elevated, and that also indicates fair weather on the way. Right now, the sun is bright so I have to agree with these indications. The red sky gives one pause to consider a change in weather in the next 24 hours or so.
