Water Dripping Off The Roof

The temperature has once again reached the forties. The snow that fell over the weekend (what little there was) is almost all gone. The water is dripping off my carriage house roof with no sign of icicle formation. The barometer is rising and both of the electronic instruments are indicating fair weather. Even the weather stick is pointed up. There are some clouds around, and the sky is mostly cloudy, but it is a pleasant day anyway. Those clouds, by the way, are what I used to call "fair weather clouds". They are big puffy and individual, not the kind that usually gang up on us and bring inclement weather.
