A Clear Red Start

The sky this morning was clear and red to the east. The temperature is continuing to moderate making this a relatively pleasant morning. The temperature is already in the mid teens. The two electronic instruments are indicating improving weather, while the weather stick is confused, calling for deteriorating weather. Of course it usually calls for deteriorating weather in the morning.
We continue to look for the snowstorms that would keep the frost from going to the center of the earth. Those storms, I fear, are not going to arrive this year, and we are going to be tilling up chunks of frost well into June. We will just have to deal with that in our gardens.
