It was almost 10° warmer this morning than yesterday, when Bart and I took our walk. The sky was between mostly cloudy and overcast this morning when I was outside. Both of my electronic instruments are calling for mixed sun and clouds with improving conditions. Even the weather stick is getting into the act by pointing up, calling for improving conditions.
We have now reached the last day of February, and the weather has given us one wild ride. In terms of winter weather it has been a month of extremes. It will be interesting to look at the highs, lows and averages when I do the summary tomorrow.
