February Summary

This has certainly been a month of extremes. We have had rain, snow, sleet, heat, cold and wind. We have had more sun this month that we have had in some of our previous months. There were nineteen mornings that were either clear or partly cloudy, and there were thirteen afternoons that were either clear or partly cloudy. The month started warm and ended very cold. The expectation would have been warmer weather at the end of the month
