Clouds Moved In

Last evening I went to a meeting, and when I got home, the sky was star studded. Orion was clearly visible as were the big and little dippers. When I took Bart out this morning for our early morning constitutional all that could be seen were clouds. It was nice, though, at 0530 hours to go out without a flashlight and be able to see everything clearly.
The electronic instruments are calling for inclement weather with a tendency to deteriorate, and the weather stick is calling for fluctuating weather, as it is straight out. There is no fog or any other precipitation, but the air feels "thick". I would guess that is because of the 71% humidity. In reality, it feels like it is going to rain. Even though the temperature is below freezing it does feel like rain rather than snow or other frozen precipitation. Just a note, there was no frost on the grass or vehicles this morning.
