Cool, Damp and Raw

Despite the fact that we did not go below freezing last night or today it has remained a particularly unpleasant day. It is overcast and with a relatively high humidity, it has been raw. Earlier this morning, while I cleaned the second stall, I was even able to work up a good sweat. Next week I should be able to finish what I have started. The photo below is of Abby, our first sheep. She was part of a 1989 crop of lambs, quite old for a sheep.
There has not been any precipitation from the clouds that have been hanging over us for the past two days. The weather indicators are in total disagreement. The weather stick is pointed slightly up calling for fair weather. The Min/Max Thermometer is calling for a change with deteriorating conditions, and the weather station is calling for sunny and improving conditions. I guess that you can take your pick as to a forecast. The best I can come up with is unsettled.
