It Looks Strange Outside

The filtered sun looks very eerie. It is not bright and has the appearance of shining through frosted glass. The humidity is so low that if any precipitation were to fall from the altostratus clouds it would dry up before it hit the ground. The wind has been blowing constantly and with considerable force all day. In fact, three of us went for a bicycle ride this noon and we felt the effects of that wind. I know I was being blown all over the road, and the headwind was very difficult to deal with.
All three electronic instruments are indicating deteriorating conditions with a potential for stormy weather. The weather stick is pointed up, so it does not have a clue. At the very least, I would say that these blustery conditions will prevail.
