Gone to Overcast

I need to be in Portland this morning by 08:00, so I was out early to observe what I could. The sky, surprisingly, is overcast, but with a barometric reading over 30.2 inches, I do not believe it will rain. The temperature is already starting its pre-dawn fall, and is at 40.2°F. That is cool, but it is not below freezing. By the way, all 8 of our crocuses were in full bloom last night.
All three of the electronic instruments are indicating sunny weather, with no indication to deteriorate. The weather stick is saying the same. The overcast above us says we may get some precipitation, but I just am not sure. With the way the temperature is falling (now at 40.2°F at 04:54), I suspect that the cloud cover is dissipating, so I would have to say that we will have clear skies as well today.
Low Temperature: 40.1°F
Barometric Pressure (in.Hg): 30.24
Relative Humidity: 61%
Dew Point: 28.4°F
Wind Direction: East
Wind Speed (mph): 3.8
Wind Chill: 40.2°F
Precipitation: Dry
Amount (inches): 0.00
Current Temperature: 40.2°F
