Three In A Row

If this were a hockey game, it would be a "Hat Trick". Three days in a row of excellent weather. At 30.45 in.Hg, the barometer is higher than I have ever seen it since I started these observations. This certainly surpasses the 30.20 that was the previous high. I guess that high pressure is definitely in control of our weather. It does appear that the planned planting will be done today. Despite the fact that the temperature has been falling below freezing for the past several nights my hose has not frozen because the ground has warmed up and the portion of the hose that is outside is laying on the ground. Further, the temperature inside the barn, where the rest of the hose is, has not fallen below freezing.
All three of the electronic weather instruments indicate that our weather will remain clear today. The weather stick is pointed up indicating the same thing. I guess I will go with all of the indicators and call for another clear day. Wow!
