Cool, Damp and Mostly Cloudy

The temperature did not go below freezing last night, but it is still cool, and the high relative humidity makes it feel even more so. There are some clouds this morning, a feature we have not seen for several days. I do hope to get outside and finish the garden preparation and planting today. Like so many things on a farm, there is a rush to get things done, and then a lull before the next major task. So much of what we deal with is weather dependant.
The weather stick is still indicating good weather. All three of the electronic instruments are indicating the same, with a positive tendency and sunny weather. The photo below shows a red sky, but a different red from the past few mornings. We shall see what that portends over the next 24 hours.
