Still Unsettled

There is still considerable overcast with us this morning. We have not had any rain showers, but I think the threat is still there. It is reasonably comfortable outside with the temperature in the mid-forties. The wind is calm, so the black flies should be voracious. Without any insect repellent, I will not spend a great deal of time outside today. I still hope to get the lawn mowed and trimmed today, if it will remain dry.
The weather stick is pointed slightly down, so there is a change afoot. The Min/Max Thermometer and weather station console are both indicating improving and sunny conditions. The remote weather station is indicating clouds still. The general consensus among the models, the radar and my instruments is that there will be unsettled weather, but improvement over the next twelve hours, but still a chance for showers.
