Will the Unsettled Weather Ever End?

We have certainly had a mix of weather today. Until late this afternoon, we had no sun, but we have now had just a few minutes of it. We have had a lot of clouds, some wind and a few very light showers. Unsettled is certainly the only way to describe this run of weather. The planting season keeps moving away from us, and that is not good. Memorial Day is rapidly approaching, and there are two things we need, sun and dry weather. Obviously this will be the start of our summer season, and over the years I have noticed that as the Memorial Day weekend goes so goes the summer. If we have "good" weather for the weekend we have a good summer, and if we have "bad" weather for the weekend the summer is the same. Keep your fingers crossed for good weather.
Right now, the weather stick is pointed slightly up predicting a positive change, but still unsettled. The Min/Max thermometer and weather station console are predicting improvement with sun, and the remote station is predicting clouds. I still do not see any major change, and I expect that the unsettled weather will continue a bit longer.
