Overcast, Clammy And Showers

We have gone from a Starry, Starry Night to Raindrops Are Falling on My Head since midnight. When I took Bart out for his morning constitutional it was raining, but it had just started. It was possible to distinguish the discrete drops on the pavement. No matter, it appears to be getting darker, and that portends more unsettled and rainy weather. Why should the weather change, just because the month has?
The instrumentation and indicators seem to have reached a consensus. The weather stick is pointed down indicating deteriorating and unsettled conditions. Two of the electronic instruments are indicating rain over the next twelve hours. The remote weather station is indicating cloudy conditions. I think that we are going to have another day of cloudy skies with an excellent chance for showers. I have looked at the radar, modeling and forecast images for this area and there appear to be some showers moving toward us, but NOAA is predicting that the rain will stop between 11:00 and 14:00 hours this afternoon. Once again, we will get all the weather that Mother Nature wishes to throw at us.
