Finally, No Rain

Since this morning, we have had no rain. In fact, it has been an exquisite early summer day. The humidity was low, and for that reason, the heat index was lower than the recorded temperature. There should be no complaints about a day like today. Unfortunately, the garden is still too wet to work in, and it is really getting overgrown with weeds. If I do not get a break soon, I will not have a garden for a third year, and that is not good. There are a few mare's tails and mackerel scales around, and that could mean trouble tomorrow. If it does not rain overnight or tomorrow morning, I should be able to get the garden prepped for the second time.
The weather stick points up as it usually does when we have low humidity as we do today. The Weather Station Console predicts continued fair weather, as does the Min/Max Thermometer. The remote weather station is back to clouds for the forecast. I cannot help but wonder who is correct. We shall see.
