Cry Me A River

That is what the sky is doing right now, crying us a river. With 4 days to go in the month of June we now have almost eight and a half inches of rain. How much before we can say hold enough. The bog at the foot of my hill is usually capable of supporting my weight by this time, but this year I can still swim in it, if I were so inclined. At some point this will all even out, when I am not sure, but eventually everything will average out.
The weather stick and the instruments are saying the same things they did this morning, so refer to this mornings Blog for that information. The thing that still intrigues me is that with a barometer this high we usually have clear crisp sunny weather, not rain. Today we have rain, rain and more rain. I am incredulous.
