Some Additional Rain

Overnight we did have some additional rain to the tune of 0.16 inches. The current wind direction is from the north northwest, and that usually ushers in some clearing weather. At this point, though, it is still quite humid, and the sky is overcast. From the Nexrad composite radar there appears to be rain around Portland, but it has ended here. The modeling maps seem to indicate that we will gradually clear today, but from what I see outside right now, I have my doubts.
The Weather Stick still points down and looking at the current conditions I am not at all surprised. The electronic instruments are in the same mode they were in last evening, and that is a rainy forecast. I certainly hope they are wrong!
