Welcome To The Northern Sauna!

I just looked back at the records from last year, and I was correct when I thought that it was not as hot or as humid last year. This has been a very long stretch of hot and humid weather. Relative humidity last year ran in the fifties, and with a few exceptions highs were in the seventies and eighties with a couple of nineties. The summary for this month should be very interesting. There is some ground fog this morning, but it is not as dense as it was yesterday. Further, it is still very oppressive this morning despite the showers we had yesterday afternoon.
With a 93% relative humidity the weather stick still points down. There has been a change in the electronic instruments. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer both are forecasting deteriorating conditions with a mix of sun and clouds. The remote weather station forecasts a cloudy day again. According to the models I have looked at rain should be moving into the area later this morning, and will last into this evening.
