A Very Pleasant Summer Day

The humidity was low enough that, even though we had our third day over ninety degrees, the heat index was lower than the actual temperature. It was a pleasant day to work outside, and that is what I did. I have accumulated a significant amount of wood toward the winter heat. My daughter has also found the place where the chickens have been hiding their eggs for the last two days. They are good at what they do, and hiding eggs is what they do best. There were almost two dozen between what they had hidden and what I had collected. The barometer is on the rise, the temperature is into the fifties and the relative humidity has gone up a bit. The sky was clear and the stars quite visible.
The Weather Stick points up, and that once again is no surprise. The Weather Station Console is calling for a mix of sun and clouds with improving conditions. The Min/Max Thermometer predicts improving weather with sunshine. The remote weather station says it will be cloudy. I like the Min/Max Thermometer, and with all the data I think that it will be correct.
