Rain/Drizzle
So far, we have had just a little bit of rain overnight. The clouds are still very much in evidence, and that does not bode well for the daylight hours today. When I took Bart out for his morning exercise we were having a bit of drizzle, and there was no fog visible from my vantage point. The Weather Underground map has gotten the predominant weather right so far. The N.O.A.A. forecast for the overnight had the predominant weather correct as showers, the temperature about 4°F low, the cloud cover about right at 85% and the relative humidity about 3% high at 92%. That is better than they get sometime.
The Weather Underground model forecast map indicates that the rain and showers will continue throughout the day. N.O.A.A. forecasts rain to continue all day as well, the temperature to rise to a high of 66°F, the cloud cover to be 92% and the relative humidity to fall to 68% by 14:00 hours, then climb to 72% by 17:00 hours. We can probably use the rain at this point.
My Weather Stick points down in response to the 89% humidity. All three of the electronic instruments forecast deteriorating barometric pressure. As they did last night, the Min/Max Thermometer and Weather Station Console predict rain for today, and the remote weather station forecasts clouds. As I look outside, it appears that we will have unsettled weather with rain and showers all day. The clouds do not appear to be moving, and the barometer has remained steady overnight.
