Mae's Tails And Mackerel Scales

We all know what that means, rain in 24 hours. The temperature got up over 80°F again today, we had no rain, but there was a milky look to the sky because of the cirrus clouds. It was humid as well making it feel once again like a summer day. N.O.A.A. came close with their forecast for today.
I have watched this system develop, and it is my feeling that during the next 24 hours, we will have some rain, and the weather will be warm. This system has been slow to move in, and it will be slow to move out. The electronic instruments are all predicting a deteriorating barometric pressure and either clouds (remote weather station) or rain (the other two). We will have to see if my prognostication is accurate based on my instruments and what I see. The barometric pressure has already fallen significantly.
