A Cool Morning, No Fog

Altocumulus Clouds Moving Through At Sunrise
This morning dawned cool, partly cloudy and pleasant. It seemed to take a while for the sun to rise, the temperature to reach its low and for it to begin to recover. The altocumulus clouds on the eastern horizon did not help that at all. N.O.A.A. gets a score of 75% for last night's forecast. There was no rain overnight, the temperature was just above 46°F (as predicted), the cloud cover was around 50%, but the relative humidity was only 70% at 05:00 hours.
The Weather Underground forecast model map indicates a clear day today for our area. N.O.A.A. predicts the same with the temperature topping out at 58°F, the cloud cover to fall to 37%, and the relative humidity to fall to a low of 39% with a rebound to 42% by 05:00 hours. If accurate, that is a forecast for a good day.
My Weather Stick points slightly down indicating that the humidity is lower than it has been recently. If you believe it, the prediction is for unsettled weather. The Weather Station Console and Min/Max Thermometer predict sunny weather with improving barometric pressure. The remote weather station is forecasting cloudy conditions, but an improving barometric pressure. From what I can see, I think we will have a good day for outdoor activities, with the possible exception of swimming.
