Rain Followed By Cloudy Sky
I was off on he start time of the rain by about 6 hours. The rain actually stopped by 15:00 hours, and that was good. There were cirrus clouds and nimbostratus clouds after the rain stopped and the storm clouds passed.

Cirrus and Nimbostratus Clouds
The portent there is for some more rain tomorrow. By 09:00 hours I expect to see rain falling, and it should stop again as it did today by around 15:00 hours. N.O.A.A. got the rain right this morning, the temperature topped out at 60°F rather than 62°F, the forecast cloud cover going from 80% to 100% to 93% was right and the relative humidity started at less than 100% but never did get down to 75%. N.O.A.A. gets a 50% score for this morning's effort.
The Weather Underground model forecast map calls for rain starting tomorrow morning, ending tomorrow afternoon. N.O.A.A. predicts showers all evening, the temperature falling slightly to 55°F, the cloud cover changing very little and the relative humidity rising from 87% to 100%. I don't write them, I just read them.
My Weather Stick points down. (No Comment). My electronic instruments are all in agreement calling for the deterioration of the barometric pressure with rain for the overnight. I cannot disagree when they are all arranged against us like that, so I guess we will have rain sometime overnight. I do know when to yield. Notice the pictures of the cirrus clouds from this afternoon. Also, note the maple tree that has turned completely red.

Autumn Colors Are In Evidence
The sun set in clouds this afternoon, and that does not bode well for tomorrow's weather.
